Customer care and order entry

SpeedOrder™ has a catalog-based order entry system for quick and efficient capture of your customer's phone orders. SpeedOrder™ is "source code" driven so that essential marketing data is captured with every order. SpeedOrder™ uses the same data base as Speed's web sites so all customer information, item information, images, descriptions, prices, shipping calculations, tax calculations, promotions and other data is consistent over all channels.

A sampling of the functionality included in SpeedOrder™ is:

• Customer "match-codes" to reduce duplicate information
• Opt-ins and -outs for catalogs and emails
• Allows for future ship date
• Allows for zip code look-up
• Allows for tax exempt periods by state
• Creates and stores frequent buyer points
• Allows multiple ship rate tables based on Source Code
• Calculates the shipping rate based on a flat rate table (per dollar value of the order) or actual carrier rate tables (with or without an upcharge) based on the weight of the order and the zip code (zone)
• Ability to encrypt the packing slip for gift orders when customer information and ship to information differ
• Uses product images for verification of customer's item
• Allows for item pop-ups to display important information about specific items
• Displays real-time available inventory quantities
• Displays "date of next receipt" on backordered items
• Allows for "sold-out" items to be added to the order file but not shown to the customer
• Shows cross-sell items
• Allows for an item to be set up as "drop ship"
• Accepts multiple payments and tender types per order
• Accepts promotional tender types (bonus cards, etc.)
• Use real-time "gateway" for credit card approvals
• Confirmation email sent to customer after order is accepted

SpeedOrder™ is web-based so that our clients can use it from their office through a password protected login.
